Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ProxyShare mobile application and related services. By installing or using ProxyShare, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptable Use

By using ProxyShare, you agree to:

• Use the app only on devices you own or have authorization to use.
• Not attempt to manipulate, falsify, or inflate bandwidth usage or earnings.
• Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application.
• Not use the app in any manner that violates applicable law.
• Maintain a stable internet connection during active sharing sessions.

2. Earnings and Payouts

• You earn $0.50 per GB of bandwidth successfully shared. Rates are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
• The minimum payout threshold is $5.00.
• Payouts are processed via PayPal, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency within 5 business days.
• ProxyShare reserves the right to withhold earnings if fraudulent activity is detected.
• Earnings are calculated based on our server-side measurements, which are final and binding.

3. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, any unpaid legitimate earnings will be paid out within 30 days.

4. Limitation of Liability

ProxyShare is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time with at least 30 days' notice.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam.
