Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The ProxyShare Referral Program ("Program") allows approved participants ("Referrers") to earn commissions by referring new users to the ProxyShare bandwidth-sharing network. Participation is subject to these Terms & Conditions and ProxyShare's general Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility & Approval

  • Participation requires a ProxyShare account on proxyshare.app with a valid email, full name, and phone/messaging contact.
  • All referrer applications are reviewed manually by ProxyShare. Approval is at our sole discretion.
  • ProxyShare reserves the right to reject, suspend, or revoke referrer status at any time for any reason.
  • Each person may only maintain one referrer account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.

3. Referral Mechanics

  • Approved Referrers receive a unique referral code (format: PSH-XXXXXX).
  • New users may enter the referral code during the ProxyShare Android app activation process.
  • Each device can only be referred once. A referral code entered at activation is permanent and cannot be changed.
  • Self-referral (referring your own devices) is strictly prohibited.

4. Activation Threshold

  • A referral enters "pending" status upon the referred device's registration.
  • The referral activates only after the referred device has shared a cumulative total of 50 GB of legitimate bandwidth through the ProxyShare network.
  • Until activation, no commissions are earned and no bonuses are paid.
  • ProxyShare determines whether bandwidth is "legitimate" at its sole discretion. Artificially inflated traffic does not count.

5. Commissions & Bonuses

  • Upon activation, the Referrer earns a commission equal to 5% of the referred device's earnings, for life, as long as both the Referrer and the referred device remain in good standing.
  • The referred user (Referee) receives a one-time bonus of $5.00 USD added to their device earnings balance upon activation.
  • Referral commissions are paid by ProxyShare and are not deducted from the Referee's earnings.
  • Referral earnings are subject to the same withdrawal rules as regular earnings, including the $25.00 USD minimum withdrawal threshold.
  • The "for life" commission applies for as long as the Program exists. ProxyShare may modify commission rates with 30 days' written notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension:

  • Distributing referral codes via spam (email, SMS, messaging apps, or social media).
  • Using misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent advertising to promote referral codes.
  • Offering incentivized installs (paying users to install the app or enter your code).
  • Artificially inflating bandwidth to trigger the 50 GB activation threshold.
  • Creating fake or bot-operated devices to generate referral earnings.
  • Referring users who are unaware that the app shares their device's bandwidth.
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

7. Referrer Responsibilities

  • Referrers must ensure that referred users fully understand that ProxyShare shares their device's bandwidth and that they consent to this.
  • Referrers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any promotional materials they create.
  • Referrers must not represent themselves as employees, agents, or official representatives of ProxyShare.

8. Suspension & Termination

  • ProxyShare may suspend or terminate a Referrer's participation at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.
  • Upon suspension or termination, all pending and future referral commissions are forfeited.
  • Referrers may withdraw earned commissions before suspension, subject to the standard withdrawal rules.
  • Suspended Referrers may appeal by contacting support@proxyshare.app.

9. Program Modifications

  • ProxyShare may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program at any time.
  • Material changes to commission rates or activation thresholds will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice via email.
  • Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • ProxyShare is not liable for technical issues that may affect referral tracking or commission calculation.
  • ProxyShare's total liability under this Program shall not exceed the total commissions earned by the Referrer.
  • This Program does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between ProxyShare and the Referrer.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
