Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ProxyShare mobile application and related services. By installing or using ProxyShare, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptable Use

By using ProxyShare, you agree to:

• Use the app only on devices you own or have authorization to use.
• Not attempt to manipulate, falsify, or inflate bandwidth usage or earnings.
• Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application.
• Not use the app in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
• Maintain a stable internet connection during active sharing sessions.

2. Earnings and Payouts

• You earn $0.50 per GB of bandwidth successfully shared through the ProxyShare network. Rates are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
• The minimum payout threshold is $5.00. You may request a withdrawal at any time once you meet this threshold.
• Payouts are processed via PayPal, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency within 5 business days of your request.
• ProxyShare reserves the right to withhold earnings if fraudulent activity is detected on your account.
• Earnings are calculated based on our server-side measurements, which are final and binding.

3. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, any unpaid legitimate earnings will be paid out within 30 days. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings, after which remaining earnings above the minimum threshold will be paid to you.

4. Limitation of Liability

ProxyShare is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProxyShare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
